High Intensity Interval Training. Think training modalities of the aggressive, sweaty, heart-pounding persuasion, using a variety of strength-training tools like kettle-bells, sleds, Olympic rings, barbells, dumbbells, ropes, medicine balls and a variety of bodyweight movements.
