HIIT and MetCon Sessions

MetCon is shorthand for Metabolic Conditioning. HIIT is shorthand for High Intensity Interval Training. Put the two together and you have one hell of a workout. Think training programmes that are of the sweaty and heart-pounding persuasion.

MetCon circuits are 2 to 3 (or more) resistance exercises done in sequence with little or no break in between. During the workouts you’ll get to use a variety of strength training tools to carve out a lean sexy body in no time.
