Daniel is a level 4 coach/personal trainer and is recognised as one of the top personal trainers in the industry. With qualifications in nutrition as well as strength and conditioning.

Daniel is a BioSignature and BioPrint practitioner, specialising in body-fat analysis. Daniel is known for his straight forward no-nonsense training style. With in-depth knowledge in the fields of nutrition, hypotrophy, strength, hormone health, biomechanics, mobility, ART, soft tissue therapy, blood analysis and functional medicine.

Daniel has helped countless clients achieve rapid health and fitness goals. Whether it be weight loss, fat loss, muscle building, athletic performance or for general health.

I have been an active member of Randwick Rugby Union Football Club for over 18 years, ever since I was a junior and I have played various representative levels throughout my ongoing football career. I've been part of the OPC personal training Darlinghurst team since its inception and run individual PT sessions, boot camp and group fitness sessions.

I am an active, energetic individual with a very strong drive to win and achieve the goals that I personally set out for others and myself. I have always strived to improve myself both mentally and physically as well as assisting others to improve their own health and wellbeing. This I achieve through HIIT boot camp and group fitness sessions at Darlinghurst, as well as through individualised personal training and strength and conditioning sessions.

I’m a current INBA (international Natural Bodybuilding Association) physique athlete competing in my first competition later this year.

I enjoy weight training, going out with friends, watching movies and food. My favourite place to eat is Globe Cafe in Coogee. I recommend the Breakfast Bruschetta to anyone who loves breakfast as much as i do.

AJ has been involved in the health and fitness industry since he was 18 years of age and now with over 8 years of working as either a remedial massage therapist or a strength and conditioning coach, AJ has developed into a very successful coach.

AJ believes in simplicity and his training principles reflect that belief. Currently finishing his Physiotherapy degree, AJ is known for his expertise in bio-mechanical and physiological aspects of human movement.

With the use of BioSignature and superior nutrition knowledge, AJ has helped hundred of clients transform into a better version of them self.

I'm Mackenzie, a level 1 coach at Oxford Performance Centre.

I have been working at OPC since it first opened in January 2016 beginning my journey as a receptionist. During my time here my passion for body composition and training has progressed. I enjoy methodically manipulating body composition of myself and my clients through smart and measurable methods and goals.

I enjoy expanding my knowledge base through continuous study. I have taken myself with the help of Daniel Christie through my own personal body comp transformation that lead me to place 5th in mens fitness at the INBA national champs held in Sydney.

Through my own personal experience and that through my clients I understand what is required to manipulate body composition towards ones goals, and every step along the road to success.  I enjoy motivating my clients to always try their best no matter what stage they're at.

I have been a member of various rugby union clubs, with various levels of representative honours. Continuing with my competitive nature focusing my major energies on powerlifting style training, competing in the near future. Continuing to pass on passion through OPC with Group classes and personal training sessions.

My active lifestyle continues throughout all my life as I now follow hobbies in skateboarding, yoga and touch footy. Training style focusing on training turning weakness’s into strengths, as all movements are individualised to clients to help them improve on there journey to both short term and long term goals.
